I can be a poet.

I read Inside Out and Back Again and I was not a huge fan of it… It was kind of slow and I could not connect with the characters well. I liked that the little girl had specific things that really brought her back to home even when she could not be there. She always had hope that her father would show up somewhere and that shows bravery.

My cento work:

People share when they know they have escaped hunger.

Shouldn’t people share because there is hunger.

An old, angry knot expanded in my throat.

I chew each grain S-L-O-W-L-Y.

Not the same, but not bad at all.

Mother hugs me, hearts drumming as one.

I hate everyone.
