My name is Mallory Anne and I am 24. I was born and raised in Chico. I have two children, both boys. My oldest is turning 4 on sept 12 and my baby will be 1 in Nov. When I’m not at school I’m being a mom and wife. I want to be a teacher and maybe move out of Chico, but I would be comfortable staying here and getting a job. I consider myself a chico state baby because I was literally raised on campus. My mom worked here my whole life up until 2 years ago. It has always been my dream to attend Chico and I am making it happen. I would like to teach 4th grade or even work in an alternative school with at risk teens.

Yes this tale has no glass shoe & no beautiful dress, this story is not even about a princess

Hey Mallory! I saw your post to me and i have two dogs a bulldog and a boxer. First I wanted to say your picture with your post was really funny haha I showed the people around me. I give you a lot of credit for already being a parent and going to school full day, I think my days are stressful with just a job and school. I am looking forward to talking more!
I love bulldogs and I used to have a boxer. I don’t have any pets that live with me, but when I get a yard my husband wants a bulldog or a bully. It is hard to go to school with 2kids, but I have an awesome support system.
Mallory, thanks for the great post. Love the image. Did your mom work at the bookstore?? Is it Helen?! If so, your mom is awesome! She worked with my husband, Jeff Jaxon, for years and years. In fact, if this is right, then you and I have met before when you were little!
That is so crazy, small world. My mom was telling me that he did the statue that is in front of kohls. She also said that she remembers I met you long ago.
