Which Cinderella am I?

Which Cinderella am I?

Intro:

My name is Holly Belcourt. I am currently a junior at CSU Chico working towards my bachelor degree in liberal studies with a minor in child development. I work here in Chico at Pier 1 Imports as well. I am striving to become an elementary teacher for either kindergarten or third grade. My third grade teacher was the one who influenced me to become a teacher, even though I knew I always wanted to be one, she was the one who encouraged me and gave me my love for books and learning. I have always had a passion for working with children. It would be a dream come true to take a year off and go to a foreign country where I could teach children there and learn their culture along with taking in the beauty of a new city. I love fairy tales and Disney stories, if I could be one I would definitely be a Disney princess! Rapunzel is my favorite:) I am definitely a kid at heart and I think that is what makes teaching right for me.

Riddle:

In this tale there are no gowns that are made of feathers

Nor a godmother who is quite clever

there is no fish that ends up in a dish

only a tree where she makes her wish

  1. Is it the Grimm’s Brothers Cinderella? That is so cool you work at Pier 1. I am addicted to that store. And Tangled is my favorite princess movie too! I think it is awesome that you want to go to a foreign country to teach. I heard it is an amazing experience and worth it. I always wanted to go to a foreign country to teach but since I am married, I can’t really do that now. But take the chance before you get married! It doesn’t have to be a dream. If there is a will, there is a way. I am excited about blogging with you.

    1. Yes it is! The store is awesome but it is so hard to work at because I always want to buy so much of the stuff. Definitely have to have self control when it comes to shopping there! Yes it is definitely a hope of mine that I will have the means to be able to go teach abroad so we will see how that turns out but fingers crossed!
