What I think William see in his poem is he see a red wheel barrow; he see what the red wheel barrow do and how it functions. I think his purpose was to describe about the red wheel barrow and it being in the environment. It was an environment like a farm, or a barn; that it had been raining. The red wheel barrow had been facing upward during the rain and rain had filled up the barrow. The barrow was in the area where the chickens were; maybe in the chicken coop.

Imitative poem from Love that Dog: So much depends upon…….

So much depends upon

These gray shoes

It’s worn out

Wobbling to the left

Wobbling to the right

On the floor next to these feet
