Snow White the twisted re-write

So we all know of and or have seen the Disney movie snow white. Well after reading Brothers Grimm’s version I will never be able to watch the Disney version the same again! :P When you think of the snow white we all know we think of an older (woman) and the dwarfs and the eval step mother. Well what was not familiar or sounded right to me was the fact that the step mother and snow white didn’t always not get along. At some point they were actually very close until the step mothers saw Snow white as a threat due to her beauty.  That was not only new to me but very surprising.

For one since when did the step mother want her liver and lungs as well? I thought it was just her heart. And another huge thing that just baffled me was the fact that Snow white wasn’t even a teen or an adult. Snow White was only 7 years old! really?!… The theme of this story was the quines hatred for the young 7 year old because she was basically threatened by Snow Whites beauty.

As a side not I can not get over these stories they are so crazy but awesome at the same time!
