Jake H., The Fault in Our Stars

Jake H., The Fault in Our Stars

Hi everyone! I am on page 234 and it has been a great book so far. I am just at the part where Augustus is feeling really sick after he told Hazel that he has cancer. This book, as I said before, is surprisingly good. My favorite character is probably Isaac, because he stays strong even after his girlfriend broke up with him (except for the Night of the Broken Trophies) and he lost both of his eyes, but stays a great friend for Augustus. Let me know what your favorite character is.

I thought this book was going to be 100% a love story, which didn’t sound horrible to me, but didn’t particularly interest me either, but the book is more than just that, like how she wanted to know the answers to her questions in An Imperial Affliction. I am definitely happy that I got to read this book.

  1. I agree with you Jake. This book is so much more then a love story. My favorite character was Hazel because I feel like her character demonstrates a lot of truth that goes along with having cancer. Having a mom that passed away from cancer it was nice for me to actually read something that seemed so real and believable. However with saying that I agree with you about Issac and actually all of the characters in this book have a very true feeling for me. I think is part of what made me like the book so much! Happy reading as you finish the book! :) you are so close, if your not done by now!
