Until Next Time…Chia

English 341 has been a REWARDING class plus a bonus of the most passionate and greatest personality professor Dr. Kim Jaxon. She is the greatest! This class has taught me many things that I feel has prepared me well for my future career to come. It has helped me to broaden my perspectives in different book genres such as poetry, comics, and fairy tales. I have learned how to incorporate the different book genres into lesson plans that can be useful in reading and writing. For example, poetry can help students to learn how to rhyme, how to form sentences, and how to read aloud. From the fairy tale books that we read in class, I can use them for students to learn how to compare and contrast the different stories. I also learned how to make a website page. This will be very helpful in the future as to when I have my own classroom. I can have a homepage about my class and share it with my student’s parents from the things we do and learn in class.  There are many possible ways I can do with things I have learned in this class. It has given me great knowledge and skills. I am thankful for Dr. Jaxon who was able to present these wonderful books and technology to us. It has been an eye-opening experience in this class. I loved everything we did in this class and this professor made this one of the best class I ever had in college.

Chia
