William’s Poem-William Burns

When reading William’s poem I could envision myself on a cattle ranch in the wild west. He talks about his wheel barrow and how much he depends on this special tool. A wheel barrow does not seem like much and yet he puts so much emphasis on its need. The fact that he is dependent on this object tells you a lot about how he lives his life.

So much depends

upon

the sun

waking

clouds

parting

and the smile

upon your face
