Hi Anne, I’m about half way in the book The Maze Runner and I have really enjoyed reading it. I am only on chapter 34 due to me not having as much time as I would like to read this past week. This week I am hoping to finish the book and start my next book The Fault in our Stars.

In these past around one hundred pages I read this week I have started to really understand everything that happens in and around the Glade. Thomas I think was really brave for going out in the maze to help Minoh and Alby even though he knew he probably wasn’t going to save them. I think he was bound to go out in the maze and survive I think everyone was expecting him to survive. I am still wondering what is up with Gally and where is he if he is still alive. I am really exited know that Thomas is a Runner and he finally gets to do what he wanted to do in the first place. I think if Gally is still alive he should be banished no one should act like he did. I am wondering how Thomas knows the girl and why is he hearing her in his head it is kind of creepy.

I am wondering what your favorite part of this book has been? I hope you really are enjoying this book! Thank you!

Hi Anne, I have started reading Maze Runner and its been hard to put down. I am only on page 104 because I had to finish Catch me if you can. So far in this book I have been questioning a lot of things like Thomas has, but the more I read the more it all comes together. It’s just like Thomas the longer he stays there the more he seems to learn. My favorite character is Minho even though he was just introduced in the last chapter I like his sense of humor and hes just a complete stud. Whats your favorite character?

If I was in the Glade I would want to be a runner. The runners also have to work the hardest and risk their lives every time they go in the maze its just the thought of one day if you find the way out you will be a hero. If you were in the Glade what would you want to be?

So far this book has been really good and I can’t wait to finish it! Thank you!
