For my artifact I’ve created a word cloud based off of The Maze Runner. I chose to make a word cloud because I felt like there was a lot of different slang used in the book so I made a cloud of all the words that I felt were important to include. I also thought it was cool that these words arranged in somewhat of a maze.

Over the past few days I have been reading Counting by 7s every chance I get! At first when I began the book, I wasn’t sure how much I liked it but now I am really starting to get into it! What part are you at right now? Or if you already finished it, what was your favorite part or character? I like how it shows all of the different perspectives of the characters even people like Jairo Rodriguez the cab driver! It really gives good insight of all of the characters throughout the book. I am hoping to finish the book this week and then move on to Divergent! Hope you’re having a good week!

Hi Olivia! I’m just starting Counting by 7’s now and I just read the part about the accident. What a horrible thing to happen to such a young girl. Since she was adopted, it’s sad to think that she doesn’t know any of her real family to live with. But it blows my mind at how smart she is! I love the fact that she is obsessed with diagnosing medical conditions because I do that every time I am feeling a little bit sick. How are you liking the book so far?

I also finished the Maze Runner! It was sooo good I couldn’t put it down and read it whenever I had a spare minute. I think you’re really going to love it!
