This week I finished my book, The Maze Runner. I really enjoyed this book. It made me think so much about what if I was in Thomas’ position. Or Gally. Chuck. In the very end of the book there is this thing called the Epilogue. If you don’t know what that is, it’s just a section at the end of a book that serves as a comment on the conclusion. It was really cool to read. It was like a letter from the head of the other guys. It was about her point of view. It’s cool to see other peoples point of view. Like in Allegiant. 

The next book I’m reading is Will Grayson, Will Grayson. And I’m super excited to be reading it because every chapter, it switches back and forth from Will Grayson to Will Grayson which might get confusing but I’m ready. It’s also by my favorite author, John Green so I should be interested.

I’m pretty far into the book right now and it’s getting pretty interesing. I’m in chapter 28 and the last thing I read was about how Thomas can hear Teresa. It’s pretty crazy that hde can hear her. You can hear yourself in your head and you can imagine somebody’s voice in your head, but really hearing someone sounds really weird to me.

James Dashner is a really good writer. It feels like I’m actually there. In the Glade. But I’m actually glad I’m not. It’s insane to imagine something like that. Imagine living there..

While I was reading, it talks about the different jobs they get in the Glade and it made me think about what job I would get. There is things like that all over the book. So many questions. I think a good book has lots of things for readers to think about.

Hey Alyssa! I’m Avery. I’m really excitied to be working with you for the next couple of weeks. On my free time I usually just listen to music or play volleyball. I don’t know if you’ve read the books I picked but I am really excited to be reading them.

I’ve wanted to read these books for awhile now. I chose these books based on recommendations or if movies are coming out. I hope to become a better reader by all this and I hope you do to. One of my favorite authors, John Green, wrote my favorite book. Looking For Alaksa. I hope you’re as excited as I am for this project.
