Hey Hernan, I am about 150 pages through The Fault In Our Stars and I don’t really like it that much. I think it’s a little girly and it isn’t that interesting so far. I am hoping that it starts getting more interesting later in the book. My favorite character is Augustus because he plays basketball. Since I have started reading this book I realize how much cancer changes peoples lives. How are your books going? I heard that you read The One And Only Ivan. I loved that book so much. What are you reading right now?

Dear Hernan, I hope you are having a good time reading the books you chose. I just started The Fault In Our Stars, and I am only about 60 pages into it. I need to start reading more because I’m not reading every night. I think I’m not reading that often because it’s a love story and I don’t really like love stories. So far my favorite character is Augustus because he played basketball and I like how I get to see how cancer has affected all of their lives. A bunch of people said that they cried during the book and if it keeps on going like this I definitely won’t because it has been kind of boring and I already know what is going to happen because people ruined it for me.

Hey Hernan, I just started The Fault In Our Stars today. I had started to read Divergent but couldn’t really get into it so I decided to switch books. I could’t decide on whether to read The Chocolate War or The Fault In Our Stars. Ms. Fairon has talked about how good The Chocolate War is so I was going to read that until I found out that there were no more copies of it in the class so I went with The Fault In Our Stars which I have also heard is really good! I will keep you posted on how it is going. How is your book?
